This spacious (3100 sq ft) villa is on two levels with tall, airy rooms. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a family room, formal grand room, elegant dining area, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen and a well appointed games room. The family room includes a feature fireplace and a main entertainment system comprising a 42" plasma screen satellite TV with DVD/VCR combination. In addition there is a CD stereo system linked to several rooms and also to the pool deck. TV/DVD or VCR combinations are installed in each of the bedrooms. A true American kitchen with all its appliances, fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, waste disposal, dishwasher, and all the small items together with dishes, silverware, glassware plus special dishes for use by thr pool.
