Villas are only 50km from Rome and are located in the middle of the picturesque Aniene Valley and close to the Abruzzo National Park, a spectacular natural reserve with many tiny ancient villages, breathtaking views of mountain peaks  and endless wilderness.

The two villas are two parts of the same building, but are completely independent.

The villas sit in beautiful formal, Mediterranean gardens, rich with flowers and olive and fig trees.

Easy access to the city of Rome and its airports.
