Lu Lioni is a comfortable villa with pool on the Costa Smeralda in a very peaceful location well-hidden in the countryside outside Arzachena. This ochre-coloured house in Sardinia is surrounded by a very well-cared for lawned garden, dotted with olive and palm trees. The large pool is a delight and blends in very well with its surroundings. This is a comfortably furnished house as it is the owners' own home in the winter. In sympathy with the hot summers, the floor is tiled, the walls whitewashed and pine furniture and light cream fabrics have been chosen to complement the interior style. There is a lovely selection of pictures on the walls in a style that is welcoming and friendly without being at all cluttered. There is also a bar, built from the local stone, to add style to serving your evening aperitif.

Most of your summer holiday in Sardinia, regardless of how inviting this house is, will be spent outdoors, either on one of the furnished terraces close to the house, by the pool, or enjoying meals from the barbecue.

The town of Arzachena is a ten-minute drive away, with a good selection of shops and restaurants and of course the sparkling seas of the Costa Smeralda will also be irresistible. The Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast) is a six-mile stretch of coastline on the island's north-east coast. The local village and towns have become discreet, up-market resorts crammed with private villas with pools, luxury summer holiday residences and huge yachting marinas packed with gleaming yachts.
