Fantastic villa that can be rented either as a whole villa with private pool or individual apartments sharing the pool. The villa consists of 3 apartments: 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom and 1 of the 3 bedroom are situated on the 1st floor and interconnect to make one whole floor if requested. the other 3 bedroom is groundfloor which makes this apartment ideal for the infirm or with limited mobility. The villa is surrounded by a mature garden of citrus trees, fruit trees, and lots of plants. The villa is easy accessable to the village which is only 5 ,mins walk away. The beach is 5 mins away with the bus or car or 10 mins on foot. All bedroom have an Air condition (optional) which is operated by pre paid cards available from the owner on arrival at the villa.
All apartments come fully furnished and equipped including each having its own washing machine, dishwasher, sun terraces, balconies, garden furniture, lounge suites outside on the balconies and terraces. A BBQ is situated near the pool to enjoy dining al fresco.
An outside Shower is also available to rinse before entering the pool and after leaving the pool.
