Our modern three bedroom villa offers all the comforts you expect for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is set in a small Cypriot village which offers you everything from local baked bread, to supermarkets that supply all your needs, and village restaurants.

It features open plan living, with the lounge on the lower floor offering TV/DVD with English films etc, ceiling fan/air conditioning, and patio door leading to swimming pool.

The dining room again offers ceiling fan/air conditioning. This leads into the kitchen, with washing machine, dish washer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery.

From the dining room a patio door leads to an outside eating area, where for your pnjoyment there is a patio set, parasol and a barbecue.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with floor to ceiling wardrobes, guests' cloakroom/shower room, ceiling fan/air conditioning.

A marble stairway leads to the upper floor which has two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The master bedroom has floor to ceiling wardrobes, a shower room, ceiling fan and air conditioning; this leads through a patio door to a large balcony, with views over open fields.

Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, floor to ceiling wardrobes, ceiling fan, air conditioning and, again a patio door leading to balcony.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin, WC, linen cupboard and basket.

Outside there is a private swimming pool, with sun loungers and chairs to relax in and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sunshine.

From the villa a 10 minute drive takes you to a sandy beach, with crystal clear water that never goes out, so children can play safely.

You can also drive along the same coast where there are many more beaches to explore. Drive 15 minutes from the villa in one direction and you come to Paralimni and Protaras; 15 minute in the opposite direction is Ayia Napa. They all offer an abundance of restaurants, bars, tavernas, shops and activities, and more great beaches. You can also cross the border into northern Cyprus.

Car parking is within the driveway. We can arrange a taxi from Larnaca airport,should you require this service, with return journey on departure. Car hire can be arranged, subject to availability.
