From the villa it is just a 10 minute walk to the top end of Albufeira's The Strip – this lively part of town has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. A 20 minute walk to the beach at Praia Douro. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket. 

The villa is also central to some of the Algarve's super water parks, zoo marine, sand world, tennis, sailing, marina and much more.

The nearest golf course is approx 5 minutes drive and within 20 minutes drive from the villa there are 10 major golf courses. Special rates can be offered on most golf courses if you pre-book.
