Trstenik is unique little fishermans village in a marvellous setting; it has splendid vineyards on the hills around, and in front of it is a beautiful pebble beach about 1km long. It is an unspoilt and romantic place with a touch of history. Here there live only 110 friendly people, although during the summer this grows to a more bustling village atmosphere. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay in this 100 year old stone built property which is located in the centre of this idyllic place with the beach right in front. Wake up in the morning and jump into the sea only 5 metres away.
Everything for your daily needs is an easy stroll; a shop, some bars and a few excellent restaurants with outdoor tables overlooking the sea. You will also find here the famous Grgich winery which is open most days for tasting. Travelling beyond Trstenik for about 25km is the town of Orebic, which has an hourly connection by ferry to the island of Korcula which is a charming town and well known as a birthplace of the great Marco Polo. You can also catch the ferry from Prapratna (30km away) to Mljet and its National Park.
