This house stands only 2km from the centre of Bormes les Mimosas with its shops, cafés and restaurants and 3km from the beach at Le Lavendou. The old village of Bormes is typically Provencal with flowery narrow streets and ochre rooftops. The harbours of Bormes and Lavendou are 3.5km from the old village and have more restaurants and cafés; from there you can rent a boat and explore the coastline with its famous resorts such as Ste Maxime, St Tropez and Cavalaire.
One of the attractions of Bormes is its 17km of coastline with crystal blue water, preserved nature, and fine sandy beaches such as Cabasson, Bregançon and LEstagnol. You can also walk along the path le sentier littoral that follows the coast.
La Presquïle de Giens is 30km away with ferries which go to the 3 golden islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant which must be visited. Not far away are Le Lavandou (3km) and Hyeres (20km).
