Amari Villa is a well designed villa, a good quality build and it has been tastefully furnished to create a comfortable and relaxing holiday home, not just a holiday let. The sea view is amazing and every evening you can watch the sunset over the Ionian Sea

As you leave the quaint, picturesque village of Spartia and head towards Spartia beach, the bendy road leads you through to the splendid AMARI villa.

A number of striking features materialise as you approach. Bold colours that really make the Villa stand out – Peach painted walls contrast brightly with the Steel Blue tones of the louvered shutters and windows. As you arrive, the eye is drawn to the stunning, vibrant hues of the striking landscape. Clear blue sky, deep blue seas, sparkling clear water in the swimming pool, rich, green rural tranquillity and the dramatic, craggy back-drop of Kefalonia's Mount Aenos.

As you arrive at Amari Villa, the first thing you notice is the large inviting swimming pool and garden, which are both secluded and open to those amazing sea views.

The style and design of the interior is a blend of modern comfort with traditional materials such as marble and wrought iron. The spacious lounge and dining area have large sliding doors and picture windows that allow the light and view to flood in.
 
A beautiful, custom made, open-plan kitchen is equipped to satisfy the most discerning chef. Sliding doors from the lounge and the dining area lead to balconies with amazing views of the sea, Aenos mountains and the Island of Zante. 

A dramatic marble staircase leads up to the first floor, which has 4 double bedrooms. Doors and windows from two bedrooms lead straight out onto the wide sun terrace that adorns the front of the building. The third bedroom has its own private balcony with panoramic views of the mountain and Spartia Village as well as sea views.  Breath taking views of Aenos mountains can be seen from the windows of the fourth bedroom.

Amari Villa sits in its own grounds surrounded by olive groves (which belong to the property) and has huge terrace areas wrapping around the property, with fabulous views of the sea, mountain and Spartia village itself. 

The swimming pool will be loved by all especially children (will be hard to tear them away).

With a huge BBQ and "al fresco" dining space , there is also a fresh herb, fruit garden and fabulous kitchen, all set for you to enjoy the flavours of Greece in this beautiful part of Kefalonia.

The barbecue area is big enough for the best of family celebrations & gatherings, and is well equipped for outdoor living.

There is car parking space on the property. All the terraces, pool and garden areas are enclosed with impressive railings, allowing you to take advantage of the amazing views.

Amari Villa is available for rent for different group sizes. Prices are quoted for a group of up to 4 sharing 2 bedroom or for a group of up to10.

Please note, we also accept payment in installments once the initial deposit has been paid as long as the complete payment is made 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday
